Massage Therapy at Circle, Right on Lakewood Main Street
Muscle tension doesn’t exist on its own. It’s often tied to the same alignment and movement issues we address with chiropractic care, which is why we offer massage therapy right alongside it at our Lakewood Ranch office.
Both chiropractic and massage therapy are considered holistic treatment modalities because they share a common goal: treating the body as a whole, not just the spot that hurts.
If you’re carrying tension that hasn’t let up, schedule an appointment at our Lakewood Ranch office and let’s talk about whether massage therapy, chiropractic care, or a combination of both is the right fit for you.

Massage and Chiropractic
Most patients who get a massage prior to an adjustment experience a decrease in muscle tension, an increase in flexibility, and longer sustained benefits. That’s why we don’t treat massage as a separate add-on. It’s built into the same plan as your chiropractic care when it makes sense for you.
Types of Massage We Offer
Neuromuscular Massage

Neuromuscular massage is a deep tissue technique that targets points of muscle spasm. These points often cause deep, localized pain that can also radiate to other areas of the body. Working directly on them helps release the spasm and ease that referred pain.
Medicupping Therapy

Medicupping therapy uses glass or plastic cups paired with a vacuum machine to create suction on the skin. The suction lifts and separates soft tissue instead of compressing it, the opposite of typical massage pressure. This can help relieve muscle tension and improve circulation in the treated area.
Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is a classic technique built on long strokes, kneading, and friction across the muscles. These movements warm up the tissue and encourage blood flow throughout the body. It’s a good option for easing poor circulation, managing stress, and supporting the body’s natural detox process.
Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy massage combines standard massage techniques with the use of essential oils. On its own, it offers relaxation and stress relief. Paired with essential oils, it becomes more therapeutic, helping restore balance and support healthy lymphatic flow.
If you’re not sure which type is right for you, give us a call. We’ll talk through what you’re dealing with and point you toward the right option.
Why Patients Choose Circle Chiropractic in Lakewood Ranch
Your Doctor in Lakewood Ranch
Our Main Street office is led by Dr. Vince Bertolini, who specializes in corrective care and finding the root cause of pain rather than just chasing symptoms. Every doctor on the Circle Chiropractic team, including Dr. Ben Duke and Dr. Carly Cunningham, is trained within the same Circle Chiropractic model, so you get the same standard of care no matter which of our Suncoast clinics you visit.
Serving the Lakewood Ranch Community
Our Lakewood Ranch office on Main Street opened in October 2025, but we’ve been caring for patients from Lakewood Ranch and the surrounding communities for many years as part of the greater Sarasota area we’ve always served. Lakewood Ranch and Bradenton residents now have a closer option for the same care we’ve always provided, massage therapy included.
Massage Built Into Your Care
Massage therapy isn’t the only way we help your body heal. It works alongside chiropractic care and the other therapies we offer, so your plan is built around what your body actually needs, not a single fixed treatment.
Transparent Pricing
Circle Chiropractic is a self-pay practice, and pricing is straightforward from the start. You’ll know what a visit costs before you’re treated, with no surprise bills after the fact.
