One Visit, Full Circle
Five simple steps, about 30 minutes (about 60 if you're here for Spinal Decompression Therapy).
Book
Two minutes, tops. Call any of our clinics or request your appointment online. Our front desk confirms your time, answers your questions, and tells you exactly what to bring (usually just yourself).
Consult
We listen first. You sit down with your doctor and talk: where it hurts, when it started, what you've tried, what you want back. There's no table and no pressure at this stage, just a conversation.
Scan
A thorough physical exam, plus on-site digital X-rays when your case calls for them. X-rays aren't routine here. We take them when your exam shows they'll tell us something.
Plan
Your doctor walks you through what we found, what it means, and what care would look like: visits, timeline and costs, all before you commit to anything.
Adjust
When you're ready, and only then. If your exam shows chiropractic care can help, most patients receive their first gentle adjustment the same day, and leave knowing exactly what comes next.

What to bring
When you book, our front desk tells you exactly what to bring. If you have images (like an MRI) from the past 3 years please bring.
